3. Informational and Religious Content
Website content is provided for informational, educational, ministry, and religious purposes. It should not be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

The website uses YouTube services, including the YouTube Data API v3, embedded YouTube video players, and links to YouTube-hosted sermon and worship content.
Use of YouTube functionality is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. For information about how Google handles data, please review the Google Privacy Policy.
RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not control YouTube or Google's independent services, policies, availability, or data practices.
5. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services including YouTube / Google, Resi, Stripe, Supabase, and website hosting/application infrastructure. These third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
6. Livestreams and Video Content
Livestreams and recorded video may be provided through third-party platforms. Availability may vary due to:
- scheduling
- internet connectivity
- technical issues
- third-party platform availability
- content changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Events and Registrations
Event information is provided in good faith, but dates, times, locations, speakers, and program details may change. Where registration links are provided, visitors are responsible for reviewing the applicable event details before participating.
8. Online Giving
The website may allow visitors and members to make voluntary one-time financial contributions to RCCG Pavilion of Redemption through an online payment system. Online giving is voluntary, and no visitor is obligated to make a contribution.
One-time contributions are processed by card through Stripe and are available to both guests and signed-in members. Signed-in members may additionally choose to set up recurring giving, as described in Section 9.
Online card payments are processed by Stripe as a third-party payment processor. When you submit a contribution through the Stripe checkout, your use of that payment service is also subject to the Stripe Terms of Service and the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Zelle Giving
Zelle is available for one-time contributions only. The contributor completes the actual transfer outside the RCCG Pavilion of Redemption website, through their own bank or Zelle-enabled financial application. The website provides the church's Zelle receiving details and allows the contributor to submit information so the transfer can be reconciled. The website does not connect to your bank, does not initiate transfers, does not verify bank balances, and does not receive automated confirmation from Zelle.
Submitting Zelle payment information through the RCCG Pavilion of Redemption website does not by itself confirm that the contribution has been received. A Zelle contribution is recognized as completed only after authorized finance personnel verify it against the church's financial records. Verification timing may vary depending on the information available and the church's reconciliation process, and immediate confirmation is not guaranteed.
A receipt for a Zelle contribution is issued only after the transfer has been successfully verified. A receipt is not issued merely because a Zelle verification form was submitted. The receipt and tax provisions of these Terms apply to verified Zelle contributions.
If the amount, sender information, payment date, or reference information submitted cannot be matched to church records, RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may be unable to verify the contribution until the issue is resolved. If you believe a valid transfer has not been verified, please contact the church through the official contact channel so the matter can be reviewed.
Zelle contributors may indicate one or more intended designations, including a custom “Other” purpose, through the website submission. As with other contributions, RCCG Pavilion of Redemption intends to honor those designations consistent with the stated purpose, church policies, applicable law, and the church's ability to administer the purpose.
Refund or adjustment requests relating to a Zelle contribution may require manual review, because the original payment was made outside the website and outside Stripe. Automatic electronic refunds through Zelle are not offered. Such requests remain subject to the contribution error, refund, and adjustment provisions of these Terms.
Recurring giving by Zelle is not currently offered through the RCCG Pavilion of Redemption website. Recurring giving is provided only through the member recurring-giving system described in Section 9. Any repeating transfer a contributor schedules within their own bank or Zelle application is arranged by the contributor with their bank and is not a recurring giving plan administered by RCCG Pavilion of Redemption.
9. Recurring Giving
Recurring giving is available to signed-in RCCG Pavilion of Redemption members. Recurring giving is never preselected and is never started automatically: a recurring gift is created only when a member affirmatively chooses to set one up and confirms the details shown during setup.
By setting up a recurring gift, you authorize RCCG Pavilion of Redemption, through Stripe, to automatically charge the payment method you provide for the amount and at the frequency shown and confirmed during setup, until the recurring gift is cancelled. The frequencies currently supported are Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, and Monthly.
A recurring contribution may be allocated among one or more giving designations. For example, a monthly recurring gift may combine separate designated amounts into a single recurring total. As with one-time gifts, RCCG Pavilion of Redemption intends to honor contributor preferences consistent with the stated purpose, church policies, applicable law, and the church's ability to administer the designation, and custom “Other” purposes remain subject to the same principles.
Members may stop future recurring contributions through their account without needing to contact the church. Cancellation takes effect when the recurring plan is successfully cancelled through the payment processor, and no future recurring contributions will be scheduled after cancellation.
Cancellation does not automatically refund contributions already processed. A recurring payment already being processed at the moment of cancellation may still complete. Refund or adjustment requests remain subject to the contribution error and refund provisions of these Terms.
To change the amount, designation, custom purpose, or frequency of a recurring gift, cancel the existing recurring plan and set up a new one with the details you want. Mid-cycle editing of an existing recurring plan is not currently offered.
A recurring payment may fail because of payment-method or payment-processor issues. Stripe may attempt to retry a failed payment according to its applicable billing processes, and no guarantee is made that every failed payment will be retried. A failed recurring payment is not treated as a completed contribution and does not generate a successful contribution receipt.
Payment-method management for recurring giving may be provided through Stripe's secure payment and customer management tools. RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not directly store or manage full card credentials.
RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may send transactional messages related to recurring giving, such as a setup confirmation, receipts for successful recurring contributions, and a cancellation confirmation. These transactional messages are separate from optional marketing communications and optional SMS consent.
10. Payment Authorization
By submitting an online contribution, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and you authorize RCCG Pavilion of Redemption and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the contribution amount shown and confirmed during checkout.
The contribution amount submitted for payment is the total validated by RCCG POR's system at the time of checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the amount before confirming payment.
11. Giving Designations
When making a contribution, you may indicate a preferred fund, designation, or purpose. If you select “Other,” you must provide a brief custom purpose so the contribution can be recorded and administered appropriately.
RCCG Pavilion of Redemption intends to honor contributor preferences consistent with the stated purpose, church policies, applicable law, and the church's ability to administer the designation, but cannot guarantee that every designation request can be fulfilled in all circumstances.
A recurring contribution may be allocated among one or more designations, and these same principles apply to each designation within a recurring gift.
12. Contribution Errors, Duplicates, Refunds, and Disputes
If you believe an online contribution was incorrect, duplicated, charged in the wrong amount, or made in error, please contact RCCG Pavilion of Redemption promptly.
Requests for refunds, corrections, or adjustments are reviewed according to church policies, payment-processing limitations, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. Not every contribution is guaranteed to be refundable.
Disputes, chargebacks, or reversals initiated through your card issuer or payment provider may be subject to Stripe or payment-network procedures. Please contact RCCG Pavilion of Redemption first if you believe a contribution-related issue exists, so we can review the matter directly.
13. Contribution Receipts and Tax Matters
RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may provide an electronic receipt or confirmation for a successful contribution. Receipts are intended to document the transaction. Each recurring contribution that is successfully processed may receive its own electronic receipt; a receipt is not issued merely because a recurring plan was created.
Whether a contribution is tax-deductible may depend on applicable law and your individual circumstances. RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice; please consult a qualified tax adviser if you have questions about the treatment of your contributions.
14. User-Submitted Information
When you submit information through forms on this website, you agree to provide accurate information and not submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
