Certain technical information may also be collected automatically by the website or our service providers, such as:

  • IP address

  • device type
  • operating system
  • pages visited
  • referring pages
  • approximate technical or location information derived from an IP address, where applicable
  • date and time of access
  • website performance and diagnostic information

2. How We Use Information

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not sell personal information to advertisers.

3. YouTube and Google Services

The RCCG Pavilion of Redemption website uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve publicly available information about videos and playlists published by or associated with RCCG Pavilion of Redemption.

The website may retrieve public YouTube metadata including:

  • video IDs
  • video titles
  • descriptions
  • thumbnails
  • publication dates
  • video durations
  • playlist information

This information is used to provide features such as:

  • Sermons
  • Previous Services
  • recent sermon previews
  • recent service previews
  • links to watch content on YouTube

The website may also use embedded YouTube players to allow visitors to watch videos without initially leaving the RCCG POR website.

Our current YouTube Data API integration uses a server-side API key to access public YouTube video and playlist information. The current integration does not use YouTube OAuth to sign visitors into their YouTube accounts, retrieve private YouTube account information, access a visitor's subscriptions, access a visitor's private playlists, upload videos on behalf of visitors, or modify or delete a visitor's YouTube content.

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not receive visitors' Google passwords or YouTube account credentials.

When a visitor interacts with an embedded YouTube player or follows a link to YouTube, Google/YouTube may collect information according to Google's own policies. RCCG POR does not control Google's or YouTube's independent data practices.

By using features of this website that display or interact with YouTube content, users acknowledge that their use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

4. YouTube API Data

The website retrieves public video and playlist metadata through the YouTube Data API for the purpose of presenting RCCG Pavilion of Redemption sermons and services.

  • API requests are performed through our server-side application.
  • The API credential is not intentionally exposed to website visitors.
  • The website restricts its YouTube integration to approved RCCG POR video and playlist functionality.
  • Retrieved public metadata may be temporarily cached to improve website performance and reduce unnecessary API requests.

The current integration does not access private Google user data.

5. Embedded Content and Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services to provide website functionality. Services currently used include:

YouTube / Google
recorded sermons and previous services, video metadata, and embedded video playback
Resi
livestreaming and related video playback
Stripe
payment processing for one-time online giving and for member recurring giving, including secure payment-method management
Supabase / website backend services
website database, authentication for authorized administrative functions, event management, and event image/file storage
Lovable
website hosting and application infrastructure

Third-party services may process information under their respective privacy policies and terms. RCCG POR does not make independent claims about how these providers process data.

6. Member and Administrative Accounts

Visitors may create a member account on the website. Creating an account involves providing a first and last name, an email address, a password, and a telephone number. A date of birth may be provided optionally and is not required.

Members may separately and optionally consent to receive text (SMS) messages. SMS consent is optional, is never required to create an account or use the website, and may be withdrawn at any time from the member's profile. A record of consent, including the date and the phone number it applies to, is kept, and consent is requested again if the phone number changes.

Certain authorized RCCG Pavilion of Redemption personnel may use authenticated administrative areas of the website to manage content such as events.

Account information may be processed for authentication, account security, authorization, and administration of website content.

7. Online Giving and Payment Processing

The website offers voluntary one-time online giving for both signed-in members and guests, and voluntary recurring online giving for signed-in members. When someone makes an online contribution, RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may collect and retain information such as:

  • giver or member name
  • email address
  • phone number, where provided
  • contribution amount
  • contribution date
  • giving designation or category
  • custom purpose entered when the “Other” designation is selected
  • transaction and reference identifiers
  • receipt information
  • transaction status
  • information necessary to associate an authenticated member's contribution with their member account

For guest giving, appropriate contact information (such as name and email address) may be collected to process and document the contribution and to provide a receipt.

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption uses Stripe as a third-party payment processor for online card payments. Payment-card information is entered into and processed through Stripe's payment environment. RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, or raw card-payment credentials. RCCG POR does not control Stripe's independent privacy or security practices; please review the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Giving-related information may be used to:

  • process contributions
  • maintain contribution records
  • generate receipts
  • deliver receipt emails
  • maintain an authenticated member's giving history
  • support financial reconciliation and accounting/bookkeeping
  • respond to contribution inquiries
  • support fraud and security monitoring
  • comply with applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations

When making a contribution, a giver may select a giving designation and, when selecting “Other,” may provide a custom purpose. Custom-purpose information becomes part of the contribution record, so please do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information in the custom-purpose field.

Access to contribution information is restricted according to role and legitimate operational need. Members can access only their own giving history. General website administrators do not automatically receive access to private giving information. Authorized finance personnel may access giving records only as necessary for reconciliation, accounting, receipts, financial administration, and resolving contribution issues.

Contribution and financial records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for accounting, tax and financial recordkeeping, audit, legal and compliance obligations, and dispute resolution.

RCCG POR may use the email address provided with a contribution to send transactional communications related to that contribution, such as a contribution confirmation or receipt. These transactional receipt emails are separate from optional marketing communications or SMS consent, and opting out of promotional communication does not prevent necessary transaction-related messages.

Contribution and financial records retained for these purposes also include recurring-plan history, recurring contribution history, and recurring-plan status and cancellation history.

Recurring Giving

Signed-in members may choose to set up recurring giving on a Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, or Monthly basis. Recurring giving currently requires an authenticated RCCG Pavilion of Redemption member account so that the member can view their recurring plan, manage recurring giving, stop future recurring gifts, view individual recurring contributions, and access receipts. Recurring giving is not currently offered to guests; guests may still make one-time contributions.

When a member sets up or maintains a recurring gift, RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may process and retain information such as:

  • recurring contribution amount
  • recurring frequency
  • selected giving designations, which may include more than one designation in a single recurring gift
  • custom purpose entered when the “Other” designation is selected
  • recurring plan status
  • reference identifiers used to associate the recurring plan and payment records with the member
  • start date of the recurring gift
  • next scheduled payment date
  • cancellation status and cancellation date
  • records of each individual successful recurring payment
  • receipt information for each successful recurring payment

Recurring card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment-card information, and RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV/CVC security codes. Stripe may retain customer, subscription, and payment information according to its own policies, described in the Stripe Privacy Policy. RCCG POR retains the information reasonably necessary to administer recurring gifts and maintain accurate contribution records. Payment-method management for recurring giving may be provided through Stripe's secure payment and customer management tools.

Each recurring charge that is successfully processed is recorded as an individual contribution and may generate its own contribution record, giving allocations or designations, receipt, and transactional receipt email. These historical contribution records are maintained separately from the recurring-plan record.

If a member cancels a recurring gift, RCCG POR may retain information about the cancellation, the cancellation date, the resulting plan status, and previously completed contributions. Cancelling a recurring gift does not erase historical completed contribution records.

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may attempt payment retries according to its own billing and payment-processing behavior. RCCG POR may retain transaction and status information necessary to identify failed payments, maintain accurate contribution records, administer recurring plans, and resolve payment issues.

RCCG POR may send transactional communications related to recurring giving, such as a recurring-plan setup confirmation, a receipt for each successful recurring contribution, and a cancellation confirmation. These transactional messages are separate from optional marketing communications and optional SMS consent.

Access to recurring-giving information follows the same restrictions as other giving information: members can see only their own recurring-giving information, general website administrators do not automatically receive access to financial information, and authorized finance personnel may access recurring-giving records only as necessary for legitimate financial administration.

Zelle Giving

The website also supports voluntary one-time giving by Zelle, for both signed-in members and guests. Zelle giving works differently from card giving: the transfer itself is made by the giver, outside this website, through their own bank or Zelle-enabled financial application. The website displays the church's official Zelle receiving email address and QR code solely to help a contributor start a transfer in their own banking application, and then allows the contributor to tell us about the transfer so that it can be reconciled. Scanning the QR code or displaying the receiving details is not itself proof that a payment was made or received.

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not connect to a giver's bank, initiate transfers on a giver's behalf, check bank balances, or receive automated confirmation from Zelle. The website does not collect online banking passwords, bank-login credentials, debit-card PINs, or full bank-account credentials, and RCCG POR cannot access or control a giver's banking or Zelle application.

For a Zelle contribution, RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may collect and retain information such as:

  • giver or member name
  • email address
  • phone number, where provided
  • contribution amount
  • giving designation or designations
  • custom purpose entered when the “Other” designation is selected
  • the date the giver reports that the payment was sent
  • a Zelle confirmation or reference number, where voluntarily provided
  • an optional reconciliation note provided by the giver
  • transaction status
  • verification date
  • receipt information
  • information necessary to associate an authenticated member's contribution with their member account

Guests giving by Zelle may provide a first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, the date the payment was sent, an optional Zelle reference, and an optional note. This information may be used for verification, reconciliation, receipt delivery, responding to contribution inquiries, and financial and accounting records. Submitting a guest Zelle form does not automatically create a member account.

A Zelle confirmation or reference number may be provided voluntarily to help finance personnel match a transfer to church records. A reference number is helpful for reconciliation, but it is not treated as independent proof that a payment was received.

Zelle contribution submissions are reviewed manually by authorized finance personnel. A submission made through this website does not by itself demonstrate that funds were received. Finance personnel may compare submitted information — such as giver name, amount, reported payment date, reference number where provided, and other reconciliation details — with the church's bank and Zelle records. Only after that verification is a Zelle contribution marked as completed in the church's giving records. Where necessary, authorized finance personnel may keep internal reconciliation notes about a submission; those internal notes are for financial administration and are not shown to members or guests.

Because Zelle contributions require manual verification, a submitted contribution may remain pending or awaiting verification for a period of time. A contribution receipt for a Zelle gift is issued only after verification, and an authenticated member will see a Zelle contribution in their completed giving history only after it has been verified. RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not promise a specific verification timeframe.

As part of ordinary financial administration, RCCG POR may review Zelle submissions for possible duplicate entries, amount mismatches, differences in name or reference information, and other reconciliation inconsistencies. A difference between submitted information and church records does not by itself imply wrongdoing; it simply means further review may be needed before a contribution can be verified.

Access to Zelle reconciliation information follows the same restrictions as other giving information: it is available only to authorized personnel who need it for legitimate financial administration. General website administrators do not automatically receive access to financial information, and members can see only their own giving information.

Zelle contribution submissions, reconciliation details, verification status and history, references, receipts, and related financial records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for accounting, tax and financial recordkeeping, audit, legal and compliance obligations, and dispute resolution.

Recurring giving by Zelle is not offered through this website. Recurring giving is available only to signed-in members through the card-based recurring giving described above.

8. Forms and Communications

When visitors voluntarily submit information through contact, ministry, event, or other website forms, RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may use that information to respond to the request and provide relevant church information or services.

Submission of a form does not automatically subscribe a visitor to marketing communications unless that option is explicitly selected or the functionality is separately offered.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and embedded or third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for functionality, security, preferences, authentication, or embedded media.

Third-party embedded services, including YouTube, may set or access cookies according to their own policies when visitors interact with those services. RCCG POR does not operate advertising cookies on this website.

10. How Information May Be Shared

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website and its services, or when required by law.

Examples may include providers supporting:

  • website hosting
  • database and storage
  • authentication
  • video and livestream delivery
  • payment processing for online giving
  • website security and maintenance

RCCG POR does not share information with advertisers.

11. Data Security

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information processed through the website. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate church services and website functions, or as required by applicable law.

13. Children's Privacy

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption has a Children's Ministry, but the public website is intended to provide information about the church and its ministries and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information through the website, they may contact RCCG Pavilion of Redemption to request review or deletion where appropriate.

14. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Individuals may contact RCCG Pavilion of Redemption regarding questions about information they submitted, correction of information, deletion requests where applicable, or other privacy questions.

The website may contain links to external websites, including YouTube and other third-party services. RCCG Pavilion of Redemption is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites. Visitors should review the privacy policies of those services.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

RCCG Pavilion of Redemption may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are published.
